The mission of the Resource and Information Center (RIC)is to help build and increase the capacity of community based organizations and to serve as a fiscal conduit for non-profit start-up and grass-roots organizations.

    * WOLI facilitates public access to an archived data and information system of local West Philadelphia data for residents, community groups, businesses, researchers, institutions and grantwriters.
